Last few days after Diwali were very hectic as my two awesome sisters and a cutest nephew had come to my home for few days ... My sister Falguni along with her son MAulik was there for about 6 days and my youngest sister Alpa was there just one night and one day....
It was time for sisters and family bonding.... We had some much of fun.
- We went to Ranibaug (Zoo in mumbai) and had so much fun and best thing was when we were returning. I asked MAulik who is 3.5 yrs old to say which animal did he liked the most and his answer was Penguin ...... LOL.......... as Penguin is available only in the form of dustbin at the zoo....... (I mean dustbin are of penguin's shape).... Though he enjoyed looking at monkey, crocodile, hippo, rhino. He also enjoyed playing in the park.... This was after so many years I had visited mumbai Zoo.
- We visited Gateway of India and had gone for a ferry ride which was also fun due to high tide too. Gateway at night is a wonderful site to treasure.... Had lots of fun.
- We also visited my mama'a place in versova. I went and just worshiped sea that I love. Versova beach is a few steps away from my uncle's home.
- Prepared some specials dishes favourites of Falguni. It is exciting to cook for people. I miss this. I love cooking but currently with only me n my dad at home, there is not much to try new things. So I enjoy when people are around and then its worth the effort it requires to cook special dishes. Though its really boring sometimes when u had to prepare lots of rotis etc as now with only 2 people the practice is gone.... :) But I always enjoy preparing special dishes..
- Its always fun watching kids grow (esp younger ones like Maulik and Krupali and lots of other my nieces and nephews and my friends kids).
- and fastest was the time that went when these people were around...
